Students are encouraged to read widely in the area of knowledge management and access a diverse range of publications in their preparation of the tutorial discussions. Additional reference material might be recommended during lectures and in tutorials and will be posted on the relevant pages of the Unit website.

* Senge, P (1990) The Fifth Discipline: The art and Practice of the Learning Organisation, Nicholas Brealey Publishing, London.

These books are available from the reserve collection at the Caulfield Library.
