CategoryType	Name of type of entity
Identifier	A unique identifier assigned to the entity within a particular domain
Title	The name of the entity
Date	Specifies time/date/date range associated with the entity and "life events" relating to it
Mandate	Information about the mandate or instrument that provides the legal or administrative basis for the entity, which may include its name, unique identifier, date, description and jurisdiction. May be a pointer to a description of the mandate.
Place	Information about place associated with the entity
FunctionalClassification	Information about the functional classification of the entity in accordance with an authorised source, e.g. a Business or Functional Classification Scheme or Thesaurus.
Relation	Reference to another entity to which the entity being described is related, and information about the relationship between them
Abstract	Unstructured textual description of the entity
Language	Name of language or script of the entity

UNIQUE BUSINESS AND BUSINESS-RECORDKEEPING ELEMENT

 

BusinessRules

Information about the business rules that specify how a function, activity or transaction is conducted. May be a pointer to a description of the business rules or to a system which implements the business rules.

UNIQUE RECORDS ELEMENTS

 

SubjectClassification	Information about the subject classification or indexing of the content of the record in accordance with an authorised source, e.g. a Subject Classification Scheme, List of Indexable Headings or Thesaurus.
DocumentaryForm	Information about the recognised form the record takes, which governs its internal structure and relates to its transactional purpose or to the function, activity or transaction it documents.
Appraisal	Information about recordkeeping requirements relating to records creation and retention, disposal, sentencing, destruction and transfer arrangements.
Control	Information about record controls, i.e. registration, classification, indexing, context description, metadata management, custody provisions and arrangement of record.
Preservation	Information about the preservation of the record, including storage, refreshment, migration and conservation.
Retrieval	Information about the retrieval of record, including, rendering, representation transmission and decryption
Access	Information about accessibility of record, e.g. access rights (e.g. FOI, public access), restrictions (e.g. security classification, privacy, confidentiality, caveats like "commercial-in-confidence", closed access period, exemptions from public access provisions of archival law or FOI), permissions (e.g. special access provisions), and conditions (e.g. redaction).
Use	Information about use of record, including use rights (e.g. licencing arrangements, copyright, IP), restrictions (e.g. on copying or publishing), permissions (e.g. user permissions and authorised views) and conditions (e.g. copying or downloading conditions, citation requirements, payment details).
EventHistory	Information about past, current or future recordkeeping events or actions relating to record.
