Susan Foster is currently a lecturer
in Information Systems in the School of Information management and Systems
at Monash University .
combines extensive industry experience with academia. She has lectured
at a number of universities both in Australia and internationally and
has a strong research profile.
She is currently an associate member of
Victoria University 's ERP Research Group, a member of Monash's Social
Computing and Complexity Research Project, and CRC Sustainable Tourism
Location Based Services (LBS) Project. She has been involved in a number
of research grants from both industry and academia. Her research area
has concentrated on the socio economic effects and cultural impacts of
technology on people in an organisational setting. Other areas of research
interest include RFID benefit realisation and information system security.
